All items are handmade to order. Please allow 1–3 business days for order processing before dispatch. During busy periods or seasonal launches, processing times may be slightly longer.

📦 Shipping Methods

Orders are shipped using trusted postal services with appropriate packaging to protect fragile items such as candles and crystals.

Shipping options and costs are calculated at checkout.

Estimated delivery time: 2–5 business days after dispatch
Tracking may be provided depending on the service selected

🌍 International Shipping

Estimated delivery time: 7–21 business days, depending on destination
Customs fees, import duties, or taxes are the responsibility of the buyer

🔮 Packaging

We use secure and eco-conscious packaging where possible. Due to the handmade nature of our products, slight variations in packaging may occur.

🔥 Candles & Warm Weather

In warmer months, we take extra care when packaging candles. However, we cannot be responsible for minor cosmetic changes caused by heat during transit.

🌙 Lost or Delayed Parcels

Once an order has been dispatched, we are not responsible for delays caused by postal services. If your parcel appears lost, please contact us and we will assist where possible.

💫 Incorrect Address

Please ensure your delivery address is correct at checkout. We cannot be responsible for parcels sent to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
