Refund policy

🌿 Returns

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery for eligible items, in line with UK Consumer Contracts Regulations.

To be eligible for a return:

• Items must be unused, unburned, and in original condition

• Candles must be unlit and unscented

• Jewellery must be unworn

• Items must be returned in original packaging

Return postage is the responsibility of the buyer unless the item arrives faulty or incorrect.

🔮 Non-Returnable Items

Due to the nature of our products, we cannot accept returns on:

• Used or burned candles

• Custom or personalised items

• Sale or discounted items

• Items purchased for spiritual, ritual, or energetic use once opened

This is for hygiene and energetic integrity reasons.

🔥 Damaged or Faulty Items

If your order arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

• Your order number

• Clear photos of the item and packaging

We will happily offer a replacement or refund where appropriate.

💫 Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

Crystals, candles, and spiritual items are sold as tools for self-care and mindfulness. Results may vary, and we cannot accept returns based on personal expectations or spiritual outcomes.
